Business Concepts 101
To build a successful business, you must recruit good people to help you succeed. These good people are hard working employees and/or loyal customers. Regardless of what business you are in, you must have Customers/Clients!
In order to have Customers/Clients, you must have a product or service they want and/or need; and in order to provide a quality product or service, you must have a team, whether it is a team of one (you) or a team of many (you plus partners, employees, and/or independent contractors).
The more Customers/Clients you service, the more Team Members you will need. These Team Members will provide skills and services such as marketing, advertising, selling, recruiting, customer service, etc. etc. etc., any and all things your Customers will need in order to choose to buy from you and to be well served enough that they will choose to return to you again and again and again.
The most successful businesses are ones with loyal Customers/Clients that provide recurring revenues to the business owner. For this to happen, YOU must have good products, good service, and a good TEAM; and then above all, you must have a good plan and hard work.
